ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are subject to availability and payment verification.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

In certain circumstances, additional processing time may be required for stock verification, supplier confirmation, or fraud prevention checks.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
SHIPPING TIMES

Products are dispatched from our fulfillment facilities and supplier network located in Germany and Switzerland.

Following dispatch, delivery typically takes between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the destination country, customs processing, carrier performance, and local delivery conditions.
